4. How your case content is handled
ExplainMeToMe operates as a privacy layer between you and the expert. When your case is assigned, the expert receives your responses — but never your name, email address, or any identifying contact information. The expert sees your situation. Not who you are.
Your case content and personal response are stored securely and associated with your account. You can request deletion of this content at any time by contacting us.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it for marketing purposes. We share limited data only with:
The expert assigned to your case receives your case content only. They never receive your name, email, or contact details.
To complete your transaction securely. Payment processors operate under their own privacy policies and are bound by applicable financial regulations.
To store data and run the platform. These providers are contractually required to protect your data and may not use it for their own purposes.
