A real human expert reads your case and writes a personal response. By using this service you confirm you are 18 or older and not in active mental health crisis. Payment is taken after you see what the expert picks up and choose to go deeper. Your response is for your personal use only.
1. Who operates this service
ExplainMeToMe is operated by Three Rivers Star Foundation, a registered nonprofit organisation incorporated in the United States. Registered address: 8 The Green #15488, Dover, DE 19901, USA. By using this service you are entering an agreement with Three Rivers Star Foundation.
2. Accepting these terms
By accessing or using ExplainMeToMe — including starting a conversation, creating an account, or making a payment — you confirm that you have read these terms and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
3. What this service is
ExplainMeToMe connects people with real human experts in behavioral science and psychology. You share your situation through a private guided conversation. A qualified expert reads your case and produces a written personal response covering why a pattern keeps showing up in your life, what has been driving it, and what becomes possible when it changes.
The service is designed for adults who are functionally well and seeking a clearer understanding of patterns in their own life. It is not designed for people in mental health crisis or acute distress.
4. What this service is not
ExplainMeToMe is not a mental health service and does not provide therapy, counselling, psychiatric care, or any form of clinical treatment. It is not a substitute for professional mental health support.
Nothing produced by this service constitutes medical or psychological advice. Your response is a written observation based on what you shared. It is not a diagnosis, assessment, or clinical opinion.
We do not tell you what to do. The service provides explanation — not direction, steps, goals, or plans.
If you are in mental health crisis or at risk of harm to yourself or others, please contact a qualified mental health professional or emergency services immediately. Do not use this service in place of that support.
5. Who can use this service
To use ExplainMeToMe you must:

This service is not appropriate for people experiencing active mental health crisis, suicidal ideation, or acute psychiatric distress. If this describes you, please seek clinical support first.
You agree to share information honestly. The quality of your response depends on what you share. Providing false or misleading information may result in a response that does not reflect your actual situation.
6. How the process works
The process begins with a free private guided conversation. At the end of this conversation, you see a summary of what the expert picked up — shown to you before any payment is required.
If you choose to go deeper, you make a one-time payment to receive your full personal response. Your response is then written by a real human expert assigned to your case and delivered to your inbox within 5 working days. An express option is available if you need it sooner.
7. Payment
Payment is a one-time charge. The price is shown clearly before you pay. By completing payment you agree to pay the stated amount for your response.
Payment is processed by a third-party payment provider. We do not store your card details. All transactions are subject to the terms of the payment provider.
8. Your personal response
Your response is produced by a real human expert based on what you shared. It is written for you and about you — it is not a generic document.
Your response is for your personal use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, or sell your response or any part of it without our written permission.
We make no guarantee that your response will produce any particular outcome, change, or result in your life. The response is an observation — what you do with it is your decision.
9. Expert and user privacy
ExplainMeToMe operates as an intermediary between you and the expert. The expert assigned to your case reads what you shared — but never sees your name, email address, or any contact details. You never see the expert's personal contact details either. All communication happens through the platform.
10. Intellectual property
All content on this website — including text, design, and code — is owned by or licensed to Three Rivers Star Foundation. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of this site without our written permission. Your personal response is licensed to you for personal use only.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Three Rivers Star Foundation is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this service.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid for your response.
We are not responsible for any decisions you make based on your response. You are responsible for how you use the information provided.
12. Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided "as is." We make no warranties, expressed or implied, about the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of your response for any particular purpose. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
